The ExakTime Mobile app is a comprehensive and user-friendly mobile time clock solution for smartphones and tablets. It offers a wide range of features that allow you to easily monitor hours and activities, check GPS locations, and verify employee IDs for every time punch.

One of the standout features of ExakTime Mobile is the ability to attach field notes and photos to job sites, allowing for instant viewing back at the office. This feature greatly enhances communication and documentation between field staff and the office team.

Another advantage of ExakTime Mobile is its seamless integration with our cloud-based time tracking software. This allows for easy management of labor expenses, ensuring compliance, and improving workforce productivity from any web-based device.

The app also takes into consideration scenarios where there may be limited or no cell service. Your data will be securely stored until service is resumed, ensuring that no valuable information is lost.

You can also easily add employees, crews, work locations, and cost codes to maintain an organized and efficient workforce management system.

Furthermore, you can create text, photo, and audio "field notes" for later review. This allows you to document job site conditions, flag specific items for attention, or provide additional context that may be necessary for effective project management.
